Engraved items are not eligible for return except engraved rings which are eligible for exchange. The original engraving fee cannot be refunded, however there will be no additional charge for the removal of the engraving.
Designer Engagement Rings and Designer wedding bands that are not available for immediate shipment are custom made items and are not eligible for return.
Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Customer Service Center. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1 week for full processing. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Your Jewelry Box), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 7 to 10 days after processing for your bank to post your credit into your account
Diamonds purchased through our Diamond Upgrade Program are not eligible for refund or credit.
In order to give you the best pricing, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more of the same, or similar item, and then only keeping one of them. If you are unsure, or have detailed questions about a particular item, please call one of our customer service experts for assistants.
How do I Exchange or Return an item
Simply call one of our Customer Service Experts and request an RA# or log into your account and request an RA# for the item. Then, package the item(s) with the original box and packaging as well as any diamond certificates and ship them to the address below with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the box. Packages without a visible RA# may be refused.

Packages shipped to our facility without an RA# on the box will not be accepted. If the original packaging or certificates that accompanied the purchase are not included a re-stocking fee will apply. GIA, AGS, or EGL reports not accompanying the return will be charged a $75 replacement fee.
